State Delivered Kindergarten
Bororen School State Delivered Kindergarten program ensures all children have access to a kindergarten program in the year before school, no matter where they live. Bororen State School takes pride in creating an unforgettable learning experience for all children.
Bororen State Delivered Kindergarten provides a kindergarten program that is delivered by a team of experienced and passionate early childhood educators within state-of-the-art facilities.
To participate in an approved State Delivered Kindergarten, your child must turn 4 by 30 June in the year they attend. If your child is eligible, contact Bororen State School to commence the
kindergarten registration (DOCX, 102KB) process.
State Delivered Kindergarten is delivered in accordance with the Queensland kindergarten learning guideline (QKLG) which provides guidance for planning, interacting with children, monitoring and assessing, and sharing information in kindergarten contexts across Queensland. The QKLG aligns with
Belonging, Being and Becoming—The Early Years Learning Framework for Australia (PDF, 25.5MB). Foundations for Success is encouraged for use in all State Delivered Kindergarten programs to include the richness of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives that supports the learning and development for all children.
State Delivered Kindergarten is delivered in accordance with the
State Delivered Kindergarten policy,
establishing a State Delivered Kindergarten procedure and
delivery of State Delivered Kindergarten procedure to inform their operations.
